Netradar proudly participated in TM Forum DTW Ignite 2026 in Copenhagen, where we demonstrated our latest AI-powered network intelligence capabilities as a key technology partner in the Catalyst project “AI-powered End-to-End Solution for Customer Experience – Phase II“.
The Catalyst showcased how communications service providers can leverage Agentic AI together with Netradar’s continuous, real-world customer experience insights to proactively detect network issues, automate root-cause analysis, prioritize investments, and improve subscriber satisfaction. By combining customer experience data with network analytics and predictive intelligence, the solution enables operators to move from reactive troubleshooting to autonomous, customer-centric network optimization.
As the provider of continuous end-user network experience data, Netradar played a pivotal role in the Catalyst by delivering high-quality, real-time insights that powered AI-driven decision-making and enabled automated recommendations for network optimization. The project highlighted how operators can gain 24/7 visibility into subscribers’ real experiences and transform this intelligence into faster, smarter operational actions
