Netradar MWC 2025 Takeaways: Shaping the Future of Connectivity Together

Last week at #MWC25, we had the incredible opportunity to showcase Netradar’s innovative solutions at the Finland Pavilion, organized by Business Finland. Our team had over 50 productive meetings with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, discussing how 5G, AI, and automation are redefining the telecom industry. One key message was clear: the future of connectivity must be proactive, data-driven, and user-centric.

At Netradar, we believe that “Every connection matters”, and this year’s conversations reinforced our commitment to innovation and better connectivity. These conversations were also invaluable in understanding the challenges and opportunities shaping the telecom landscape.

Some of Top Priorities we heard include:

  • Proactive network improvements – Operators are shifting from reactive troubleshooting to proactive network management, using AI-driven analytics to detect and resolve issues before they affect end users. This shift is critical for ensuring seamless connectivity and improved customer satisfaction.

  • End-user driven customer experience insights – Traditional network KPIs no longer tell the full story. There’s a strong need for real-world performance insights based on end-user experience, enabling operators to make targeted improvements where it matters most.

  • Root-cause analysis and real-time issue detection – Understanding the source of network issues is more important than ever. Operators are looking for solutions that provide granular-level insights into problem areas, helping them pinpoint issues faster and optimize network performance efficiently.

  • Fixed-Mobile convergence use cases – The demand for seamless connectivity across mobile and fixed networks continues to rise. Operators are exploring ways to unify these experiences, ensuring consistent quality regardless of the access technology.

  • Predictive analytics for network performance – AI and machine learning are transforming network operations, allowing operators to anticipate performance bottlenecks and optimize resources before they impact customers. This enables smarter resource allocation and better service reliability.

  • Real-time customer complaint collection and issue analysis – Customers today expect quick resolutions. Telcos are looking for automated, AI-powered complaint analysis solutions that help detect patterns in customer feedback and correlate them with network events to drive faster responses.

MWC 2025 highlighted the incredible potential of 5G, AI, and automation to reshape the telecom landscape. At Netradar, we’re excited to continue driving innovation and delivering solutions that ensure every connection truly matters. Together, let’s build a smarter, more connected future.
