Job profile

Our growing company is looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to join our dream team to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Head of Sales reports directly to CEO of Netradar.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve company growth and hit sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
  • Adjust our value proposition and commercial model in line with specific customer cases
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in B2B solution sales – consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to close
  • Strong personal networks to key decision makers within telecommunication sector
  • Successful experience building and executing a go-to-market strategy and plans
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel globally to meet prospects and existing customers
  • Fluent/native written and verbal communication skills in English (others as plus)
